Hey there! I'm just a motivated single mom doin' my thing... trying to further my career, raise a good kid, and serve God as best I can. I don't party, at least not in the "bar scene" kind of way... I can appreciate a good time doing just about anything else though!I have a good sense of humor, and have a good head on my shoulders [or at least I like to think so ;) ] I'm just putting myself out there to meet some new people... I'm not opposed to settling down, it's just going to take a special man to get me there.I read as much as I can, rarely if ever watch TV, and occasionally catch a movie. When it comes to music, I'm a country girl... also love swing, anything in the sinatra era is great.I like to think of myself as a pretty darn low maintenance gal ;-). ....... But I do feel strongly about a few things. I'm here to make friends, without high expectations... But if you plan on messaging me and you'd like the potential for more, I must stress that I won't date someone who doesn't share my faith, or someone who drinks alcohol.     So not too good at writing these things so just pretend this is something incredible profound not to mention witty... All the things I'd like to think I am, may not actually be those things but I'd like to think so.When not working I spend my time doing an assortment of things; I love spending a good night in and just being cozy maybe reading a book and cooking food, and heck not disinclined to boot up a video game or dvd. However I also love the chance to get out. I try to get out of the house when I can, love seeing movies, playing sports, and all that other good stuff.I have a very quirky personality, I'm tough but love to have fun.Don't enjoy the clubbing scene so much... been there done that, have all the battle scars. But have to admit love to get outta the house and go dancing on occasion, or heck just turning on the music at home and giver... I know I know I disappoint myself. Something active, not TOO low key...activities are good for first dates. Gives you something to talk about plus if the date is a bomb easier to lose yourself in activity... Though maybe avoid anything that might get you to sweaty, that's not hot for anyone on a first date. I don't sweat I glow however :-)
