About Me

Well for starters... I guess I should come out and say that I'm on here looking for that person that I could someday consider my best friend... someone that can truly accept me for me... through good times and bad. I'm a very open minded, sensitive, nuturing woman who always wear her heart on her sleeve... but will admit, I have a terrible habit of worrying too much, but at least I'm well aware of what I'm worth and what I deserve. I won't change myself for anyone, because there really isnt a point to doing that for anyone. At the moment, I'm just trying to live my life the way I want to...I'm trying to make the best of this fresh start... I want to get married and have children SOMEDAY... but right now, I just think that I'm at a prime age where I should enjoy life as it comes to me. Children is one of those subjects I'm up in the air on these days.I'm ***friendly & I do drink, just not to frat boy status.Music is a means a great deal to me and it's a staple to my everyday routine. My taste in music is all over the map, so just ask. Love going to local shows and festivals.     Well, hello there, and thanks for stopping by. Here's where I try to sum up my life in a few short paragraphs and hope for the best. Now that summer's finally coming to an end, I've run out of construction projects in my house and I'm out there enjoying the beautiful weather. I spend a lot of time with my dog and visiting my family. I used to live in the desert, so it's been nice to be closer to home again. I feel like I've finally settled down here, after moving from place to place my whole life.I like to go out and be social, but I'm just as good with staying home and playing Nintendo, watching Netflix, or taking a long walk. I have a good group of friends at work, though we're all a little weird because we work swing shift. Or maybe just because we're all a little weird.I love music, movies, reading a good book, you know, that stuff. I can certainly come off as shy, though I can also be competitive. I like to play sports even though I'm pretty terrible; it's all in good fun. I'm also a bit of a nerd and would like someone who's able to have a decent conversation.I want someone who has a wicked sense of humor (I'm a sucker for cheesy puns) and basically has their life in order. I'm not overly ambitious, but I like my life, and I worked hard to get where I am. So shoot me a line, and let's see what happens. I like to play and have a good time. So bowling, shooting pool, mini golf, something to that effect. Some where we can still talk, but it kind of takes the pressure off. And I can even let you win sometimes. :P
