About Me

What to write... It is a bit hard to write about yourself. I am finally at a place in my life where I am ready to get out there and meet new people; hopefully find that special someone. I am currently a social worker in the medical field; I am passionate about the people I work with and truly enjoy going to work everyday. Each day brings something new and challenging. I consider myself to be pretty laid-back in most aspects and open to learn anything. I love spending time outdoors whether it be camping, laying around at the beach, hiking or grilling out with friends. While going out and doing things is fun, I also don't mind spending time relaxing at home. I recently took a rock climbing class and loved it! It was so much fun. I can't wait to continue learning and expanding my skills. I also enjoy going to live music shows and exploring the area; always looking to experience something new. My family and friends are very important to me, so finding someone who also values their friends and family is important. I am also taking on my first 5k in October. I enjoy traveling and seeing what the world has to offer, whether it is here in the US or anywhere in the world. This last summer I spent 4 weeks backpacking through Europe. It was amazing. I also spent 3 weeks in Thailand when I was in college and that was an experience of a lifetime. I hope to find someone who enjoys traveling as much as I do. I want to continue traveling and experiencing the world, whether it is here in the US or abroad. My ideal match is someone who is confident, positive, likes to experience knew things and can have fun. A sense of humor is also a plus! A person who values family and friends, loves animals, and stays active. It is also important to me to find someone who is goal-oriented and knows where they want to be in life or at least working towards something.     So about me, huh? I am just a country girl that is looking for somebody that I can be myself around & somebody that I can trust. I am extremely determined in life & very independent as well. My heart & eyes have always fallen for the bad boys.....& honestly.....I just can't help it. I am a sucker for a man in a black shirt & tattoos. I want that bad boy with a good heart. The type that will fight for me if needed. I love confidence in a man & knowing where they stand in life. I want to feel protected by him. Is that too much to ask for? Something spontaneous!! Nothing out of a movie.......the whole "restaurant date" is kinda boring. First impressions are the key in life. Do something crazy that will never be forgotten. Knowing that those arms can hold me tight and keep me safe is a nice feeling.I don't like: LIARS, that team up north, pecans, walnuts, tea (hot or cold), coffee, watermelon, water, milk, pineapple, ham, pork or fish but I will go fishing!). Tattoos are not my thing, but I won't judge you for having them. I prefer to meet somewhere public for the first time- get drinks or coffee, something simple and laid back.
