My family (especially my kids) and friends mean world to me. I can be quiet at first as I like to observe, but anyone that knows me knows that I am anything but quiet. Working out is a huge part of my life. I have my personal training certification and am currently getting my nutrition cert as well. I started another business that recently launched. I'm also completing the certifications and education needed to open a holistic health center in the next few years. I like to go out but am just as happy to stay in.
