About Me

It keeps me very busy, so I don't have a lot of time for other activities. When a special someone comes along, however, I magically have more time. I'm willing to make time for important things/people. It's hard to meet guys with my job, as I spend all of my days with children and their parents. It's something I enjoy for the most part, though some of it really just seems chore-like (painting, putting up curtains, etc). I tend to enjoy it more when I have someone to do it with. But don't we all? I'm really not much of an outdoors girl, but I'm not your typical high-maintenance girly-girl either. I like to get dolled up to go out on dates or to certain events, but I'm usually in my jeans and a t-shirt with my hair pulled back. Growing up, my family didn't do a lot of outdoor activities, so that's probably why I don't have many interests. However, I'm willing to try anything and would love to try some new things! Who knows, I might end up loving it! Oh, I did enjoy snowboarding for a while, but I really sucked at it (I was one of the people everyone hated because I'd leaf it all the way down. But they always got a good laugh when they found me hopping my way through a flat spot). Oh! I did a backflip once though! Not on purpose, but still... It counts.Anyway, I'm pretty fun to hang out with and I love to laugh. I'm looking for someone who doesn't take things too seriously, except when necessary. If you can't take a joke, you sure as hell won't like me. I'm always joking around, and I'm able to be serious and still have a sense of humor. I feel that laughter is almost always appropriate. If you're feeling blue, I bet I can cheer you up. Speaking of colors, my favorite is orange. Just about everything I own is orange. Cute, huh!

    Okay soooo.....Im 26 with two amazing children. My kids are my life, and will always come first no matter what. I love camping, hiking, riding, boating, love the lake for sure, always up to try something new, I'm very outgoing & adventurous. I'm actually just looking for friends at the moment.     I am still exploring the city/west coast and would love to have some company. I am a bit of a book worm/nerd but I also enjoy hiking, camping, and most other outdoor activities. While I do exercise, let me say that I despise running. Not my thing. But I will be happy to cheer you on if it's your thing! Right now, I work for a non-profit organization that supports the military and I volunteer my time with homeless veterans twice a month. I am big into volunteering and giving back.
