I have a busy school schedule which makes it difficult to get out and meet people... and so I find myself here. =]I'm a pretty honest person and I can be blunt at times. Depending on who you ask that can be a good or bad thing. Sarcasm comes naturally to me but I can turn it off when the occasion calls for it. I like to joke around and have a good time but I can put on my game face when needed. I try not to take myself too seriously, but it happens every now and then. Random facts:- I can't spell to save my life. (I really appreciate modern conveniences like spell check***Sometimes I swear like a sailor. - I'm in the medical field and on a regular basis I forget that people sometimes get grossed out by things that don't phase me. (Just politely remind me and I'll stop talking about it, while we're eating at least).- Jesus is not my homeboy.- I have this thing about complete sentences and the correct use of capital letters. I'm a big fan. What I'm looking for:I'm a firm believer that there are avenues other than formal higher education that one can pursue to become successful. The college path was the choice for me, but I realize not everyone goes that route. That being said I am an extremely motivated person. I have worked hard to get to where I am and I hope for the same in a partner. Pretty much my favorite thing is laughing, so being funny is definitely a bonus. =] I'm no professional athlete but I work out regularly and I eat decently healthy (I'm never giving up my beer though). I need a similar mindset in a partner. But seriously, if you don't like dogs don't bother. It's not me it's you. I'm pretty sure you might be a terrible person. Something low-key

    I just graduated with my Masters in Social Work from SDSU. Onto to the next chapter of my life to help fulfill my dreams and ambitions. I can check off a few places on my bucket list, but I have yet to see all I wanna see, and do all I wanna do and I'm looking for someone to share that excitement with. Though I enjoy going out now and then, nights out in the town can get old and repetitive. I enjoy music and I enjoy dancing, but the club life is not for me all the time. I like being spontaneous yet making plans, trying new things, and adventurous. I know going out sometimes can be a good time but I also know when a night in is much needed and appreciated. Sometimes movies, a home-cooked meal, and good conversation is my best friend on a weekend night. I'm not picky on where to go or what to do for first dates, however I prefer to go some place where conversation can take place. The traditional dinner is okay, but sometimes doing something fun, exciting, and out of the box is the way to go. I think a balanced conversation between the two parties is key, and it is a time to get to know one another. Letting a little loose and opening up is ideal for the first date. It's awkward for everyone, so why not have a little fun while you get to know that person. Just know, I will not sleep with you on the first date. I'm not that girl, never was, and never will be so don't bother if that's your plan!!
