So I guess it's about time I update my profile... I didn't plan on keeping my profile, hence why I haven't written anything up to this point. I guess I didn't expect much from this site and was just testing the waters, keeping my options open. For starters, please don't bother messaging me if you're looking for "dating but nothing serious". I'm not expecting to jump into anything, but I've learned when a man has that on their profile, we both know what he is after. Let's not waste each others time. :) I know exactly what I'm looking for in a man, and I'm at the point in my life I know what I want and who I am and am not willing to settle. I'm an extremely hard worker and enjoy what I do, but I would like to at some point find someone to share my life with and be my best friend. Im over the bar scene and partying days, but do enjoy occasionally going out and having a few drinks with dinner or a small pub or something. I'm a pretty busy individual and refuse to meet men at a bar or date men I work with, so I thought I'd give this a shot. However, I'm finding this site to be much like the "club scene.". Yes you have to be attracted to the person, so pics are looked at first, but if you aren't looking for substance or can't hold a semi intelligent convo yourself, let's move on. I enjoy staying active and try to take care of myself, so I'd like to find the same in a partner. I consider myself a goofy, kind hearted, down to earth, open minded individual.     I have a busy school schedule which makes it difficult to get out and meet people... and so I find myself here. =]I'm a pretty honest person and I can be blunt at times. Pretty much my favorite thing is laughing, so being funny is definitely a bonus. =] I'm no professional athlete but I work out regularly and I eat decently healthy (I'm never giving up my beer though).     I hate writing about myself. I do much better in conversations, but here is a little I guess to answer a few of these suggestions...I am usually busy with work, school and kids, but I like to find things to do. Hiking, random trips to the beach, grabbing a beer and talking with random people. I like most music but my go to is country. I will have crazy dance parties with my girls in the middle of my little living room, we sing at the top of our lungs and then laugh and fall down. kids... :) I have no problem doing things alone, but I find it more fun to have someone along with me. I'm pretty easy going and like to have fun. I am serious when I need to be... I clean up nice when I want to, but prefer sweats and a tank top, and I'm not afraid of dirt...I am who I am.... oh and if I order a salad, it because I genuinely like salads and I wanted one then. But I'm totally down for some steak and potatoes! its gotta be an activity, something that makes it comfortable to talk... or a drink or coffee, that works too
