The following do not impress me: motorcycles, tattoos, piercings, military service, big TVs, "fancy" cars, etc. Judging by the pictures most men post, they think that's how they get the girl. It's not. Well maybe it is; but not me. I like trucks :) Just kidding, maybe. Education and career impress me, not material items. Why would you create a profile with no picture?Let me be clear: I prefer an education beyond high school, I require someone close to my age ***or younger), I require a profile free from spelling or grammatical errors. I am a hard working single mom and my two sons come first. I have a full-time career as a Property Manager and a part-time job in veterinary medicine. I work hard but still know how to have fun. I recently tried skydiving and LOVED IT. I love all types of music but for the most part I am a rock/country girl. I also enjoy reading when I have time and I am usually reading something related to veterinary medicine or a non-fiction book. I know how to clean up in a dress or a suit (for work), but I am very outdoorsy and not high-maintenance. I do not have any tattoos and the only piercing I have is my ears, but I don't mind them on a partner. I am very much an independent woman and I do not need anyone to take care of me or my kids. I have have been working full-time since I was 16 years old and while my house isn't huge and fancy I am proud of the fact that I purchased it on my own at 21. At this point I am open to meeting new friends who can handle my busy work schedule and we'll see where it goes.I keep getting asked why I need meetville to get dates. I don't. I just don't have a ton of free time to go out and meet new people. I figure this is a quick way to find people and an easy way to *** ones who do not interest me. Also, a few of my friends actually met their significant others or made great friends through here and told me to try it. If I don't respond, either I am not interested or just too busy at the time. I am pretty open minded. If it's a nice day, something outdoors is great! Of course the standard dinner thing is fine too. Just so long as it is somewhere I can actually talk to the person. Movies are a terrible first date idea, IMO.
