These things always end up sounding so cheesy....but I'm guessing the best way to do this is just be as upfront as possible. I'm an intelligent, professional, and active person with a great group of friends. I enjoy everything from sporting events and a cold beer to the symphony and a nice glass of wine. Well, here it goes...I am a single mom with 2 children ***yr old and ***yr old), I also work full time and I'm finishing college (B.S. in Computer Science). I am looking for a serious relationship but would like to take it slow. I have been through some tough times these past few years, but it has made me a stronger person, and increased my faith in God. I am looking for someone who is honest, mature, confident, and will not only be my partner in life, but also my best friend. I would also prefer someone that leads a healthy lifestyle - I have lost over 40 lbs and want to lose more, so I do exercise several times per week and eat healthier foods. I also want to point out that I am an independent person, and I am not on this site to find a "replacement dad" for my kids. Even though I am independent, I still want someone share my life with. As far as my personality goes, I am shy at first, but after I get comfortable I will start teasing and joking quite a bit. I can be very sarcastic at times, but I also know when to be serious. I'm very ambitious, motivated, and love learning and experiencing new things! I try to see the positive in all situations. Now I'll be honest and tell you my faults...I've been told numerous times that I'm extremely stubborn and I "think too much". The "thinking too much" side of me is the part that analyzes everything (which is why I'm good with computers) lol. And the stubborn side...can I just blame that on genetics? ;)I have quite a few goals I want to accomplish in life, but my lifelong dream has always been to own a few acres out in the country with several horses.
