I am a single mom of a wonderful 6 year old boy. I have a full-time job, work as a Registered Dietitian and foodservice director for a skilled nursing facility. I have goals of completing my masters degree, being able to travel more, and have more time with my son. I love a good sense of humor as that keeps my attention going. The first thing I notice about a guy is his eyes, second how he conducts himself in a conversation, then sense of humor and personality. Education, family, and knowing who you are-are important to me. If you can't connect with me in a conversation, then we are not going to match well. I've dated enough to know what I need in my life, and short-term seekers need not look here. I have a broad range of taste in movies from liking Scarface, Big, Fried Green Tomatoes, Man on Fire....the list goes on. My taste in music ranges from the Eagles, to the Beatles, to Metallica, to Journey, to country and other genres. A great first date for me would be over coffee, dinner, or a drink. I think the less distraction the better, because that way you can get more conversation going. I do not want to be distracted with a movie in the background or a huge crowd on a first date.
