I choose to have great days.We all have baggage, I personally have a large set of bags. I decided years ago to empty the contents of previous years and have them available for future problems should they occur. This has been very helpful in processing and moving on from two divorces.One of the things I am most proud of, is being able to adapt to any situation whether good or bad. Travel and talking to people opens up a myriad of wonderful emotions, senses and learning capabilities, which I have always enjoyed. I think it is one of the best ways to keep one young and vibrant.
