Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 49-59
My friends describe me as an intelligent person with a somewhat dry – and a bit silly – sense of humor. I like watching the world at play and/or being front and center of all the action. I also have a serious side and enjoy good conversations about current events / social issues. But, typically I’m quite comfortable in the company of jokesters. I'm grateful for my dear friends, family and daughter. I'm hoping to attract a man whose packed away his baggage and can come to a relationship without any carry-ons….sorry for the cliché’ but that just about says it all. I try to be diligent about making this earth sustainable and a more humane place to live...or better yet for my child to live.I’m not a big fan of reading a bunch of rules posted by a profile’s author. However, saying that – I haven’t had much luck with this online dating thing – and can understand some of the logic behind that move. So, here’s a couple “guidelines” in the areas that have tended to make my spine prickle a bit.Putting this as delicately as I can – just because I’m nice to you doesn’t automatically mean I’m giving you the girlfriend-greenlight nor does it mean I want to be your “exclusive” (a term that seems to be trending lately.) I was just raised to be friendly and polite and I need a little bit more time then 3-dates (okay, four if you count the coffee date) to give up my singles status. Also, although I work in the field of education, please don’t assume that I’m a teacher. In fact, past experience has shown me that you aren’t going to be real thrilled with exactly what I do in the public school system…and no, I’m not a principal. Don’t get me wrong, I have a lot of respect for teachers – I just couldn’t do what they do. Also, I’m sorry to hear that a few of you “fear, fantasize or generally freak-out” about writing to a teacher. Come on now, it’s not their fault if you’re a bad speller. (Well, maybe it is – let’s not sweat the small stuff.) I think that sums it up. Two small hints and hopefully you will understand the humor intended. If not – good luck out there and boldly move on with your search.

Woman. 53 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.
Looking for: man. In age: 50-60
Not sure what to say to attract the man of my dreams. I am a blue jeans kind of girl, but can definitely get dressed up and enjoy a night out on the town. Enjoy just about anything like boating, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, antique shopping. I like also the easier things in life, like a movie, dining out, or just sitting around enjoying a nice evening at home. I would like to find a honest, down to earth, easy going and no drama type of guy. I am very good at taking care of myself as far as money and independence. It would be nice to have a companion to share life with. Whatever we decide after talking on this here computer.

An incurable romantic, I believe in happily ever after. I\'m kind and generous. Easy-going, rarely get angry, don\'t hold a grudge. Love to cook. Look for good person to make a caring family with.
