I am confident in who I am and what I want out of life. I love my job and the career that I am in. I love helping kids develop and grow to their full potential, and that is what I get to do on a daily basis as a teacher. It is so rewarding!!!At this point in my life, I am looking for a friend to have fun with and go on adventures with. I am very outgoing and love to meet new people. I am very honest. I have a kind heart. Communication is a must. A sense of humor and laughter is always good. I am a great friend--a good listener, kind, caring, always there for you. I am a Romantic at heart. Family is very important to me, and I an very close to mine. I have one son who just graduated from college and we visit often.; Now on the lighter side: I love a good steak, Mexican food, book, anything to do with water, outdoors, home & decorating projects ( am very creative), and children. I grew up on a farm/ranch and love the country life but can be at home in the city also when I visit friends and family--more to do up there. I love to cook--now if I could just find a man to clean up after me. LOL!. I love to go and try new things (just got back from sailing in a race for the first time)--I'm up for almost anything.--Let's go! Hmmmm. For a first date, I think we should go somewhere where we would have an opportunity to talk and get to know each other. Maybe go sightseeing at one of the historic local towns nearby and then go to dinner at one of the rustic eateries and listen to live music or whatever we come up with.

So maybe....going out for pizza, shooting pool, a trip to an aquarium or zoo, going to a flea market or bookstore, taking a cooking class together, checking out an exhibit at a museum, antiquing (I don't know anything about them but think the history behind things is fascinating), wine tasting, sightseeing or people watching, or finding a place with good music and maybe a little dancing? (Or please, suggest something - I love surprises! ;D )
