About Me

I am a fun, loving, and passionate woman. I love life and cherish everything it has to offer me and those that I love. My family means the world to me, especially my two beautiful Granddaughters and the precious Grandson Iam due to welcome in May! Children are my passion as I am a Home Childcare Provider and love every moment I have with these bundles of joy! I enjoy casual outings such as dinner, and the movies, or even just a walk at the local park. I enjoy a wide variety of music and love getting out on that dance floor and dancing the night away! I am a very laid back and easy going kinda gal who's just looking for that special someone I can take on life's endeavors with, while cherishing every moment!! Just something low key, such as dinner or something in a casual environment so we can talk and find out more about each other.

Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Taurus.

Looking for: man. In age: 49-59

I am searching to find a man with similar interests. I am not into playing games. I am an honest, decent and caring person, looking to share my life with someone that can appreciate the qualities in me. I would like to go to a nice restaurant, be well dressed, have good conversation, a few laughs, and hope to get to know each other.

Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Gemini.

Looking for: man. In age: 49-59

I'm independent (work and own home) but prefer being half of a couple. Hoping to fall in mutual love but want to get to know each other and see where it goes. I'd like to find a partner in life who doesn't necessarily share my interests but respects them as I will his, focusing on our similarities and accepting our differences. I believe what's important is enjoying each others' company no mater where we are or what we're doing. I'd like a man I can defer to because he has a good head on his shoulders, one who knows the path he wants to take in life, is emotionally available, kind, honest, affectionate, takes care of himself (no smokers, please), works out regularly and is not overweight (or even close to ***lbs, I'm small!) I love all things natural, including sights, sounds and smells, so I'm not a fan of motorcycles (so if you have one, not only will I not ride on it, you'll have to hide it from me! LOL) Please include pic below chest, only fair, plenty of mine are! I'm petite ***lbs) w/ long, dark curly hair, grateful daily for good health and great friends, definitely not high maintenance. I'm caring and energetic. I've been told I'm always smiling (not in pics tho!), down-to-earth, fun, and have a zest for life. I'm empathetic, monogomous, love to laugh, thrive on affection and praise (giving and receiving), try to learn from mistakes (preferably others'!), make the best of things, and don't sweat the small stuff. Love rowing through the salt-marsh (kayaker companion welcome!), having a car door opened for me, running my fingers thru a nice head of hair, bicycling (to enjoy nature, not to race!) Like eating healthy so cook most meals from scratch (lots of veggies!) but do enjoy a weekly splurge at a nice restaurant (and the excuse to wear a dress!), and reading weather/sea nonfiction adventures. I'm a nature-lover,always open for adventure, and stay fit by exercising daily (photos recent). I don't kiss on first dates (hugs are good tho! :-) so if this is necessary to determine chemistry, please pass me by!

Woman. 53 years old. Zodiac sign: Cancer.

Looking for: man. In age: 50-60

Looking for a good hearted man who's a cowboy that's a knight in shinning armor. I have been lucky in life to have had unique opportunities. Working with kids always keeps me on my toes and learning new things, and I like to try different/new things. Kids have a way of showing you the world. It's fun and energizing to get out and do things, see friends or just take it easy... I love spaghetti and rice (I am Italian and Spanish), cheese and beer(grew up in southern WI), peanut butter and jelly is still one of my favorite sandwiches(still working on growing up), I really like sushi(lived in Japan) and there is nothing quite like a good side of beef cooked (by you of course)on the grill(that comes from growing in cow country)...going for walks, canoeing, boating, watching movies or going to the theater, eating out - dining in, reading, catching up with friends, watching storms - stormy weather is good... I heard it makes the corn grow!!I like an array of music, ole time rock, 40's/50's, country, Latin... even a little opera (what can I say my parents liked it). Music makes the soul sing. I enjoy dancing; I hear music and my foot starts a tapping and the next thing I know I'm dancing. I also like looking at old cars(not sure where that comes from)I look forward to meeting someone with different interests as well as similar because it's fun to learn new things. But more importantly, it is the sense of self our interests create during our free time and wanting to share that with others as a reflection of who we are.Being outside is great, the never ending feeling of the sky at any hour of the day or night is awesome. Well at this point in life, as I am finding that I have more time to myself, I am redefining what I do.What am I looking for (loaded question)sometimes I would like to think I know... But it is some kind of a click - a connection that's there. Then that connection leads to spending time getting to know each other and wanting to spend more time together. Laughing and having fun is always good, and being realistic too. Life does have its everyday side to it but laughing seems to help that. An important element to a strong relationship is mutual attraction, it is the feeling two people get when they are around each other...best friend, soul mate, unexplained chemistry.. I know that a relationship is like hard wood floors; they ebb and flow with the weather and take work to keep looking like new.I look forward to meeting you and see if we have a connection. On a first date, that is when we initially meet, I think a drink/coffee or dinner is a great way to talk and see if there is a connection. Although stepping out of the norm could be fun too, say something like... going to Valley Fair or bowling... Let's talk and come up with something!
