I love my life and am very content. A partner will enhance that. Hello and thank you for taking a peek at my profile. Don't you just love this part? *grinning* .. Telling everyone who you are and what you like to do .. not to mention what you seek. To give you an idea of who I am, I suppose I will begin by saying I am someone who loves life and attempts to make the best of everything. I love the arts including music of all types (okay, I admit I am not a huge fan of rap), catching an exhibit at The High, and even taking in a play from time-to-time. I rarely watch television (frequently tuned into a music channel) and am more likely to pick up a book rather than sit in front of the television.As much as I truly appreciate the beauty of the mountains, I adore the beach. You are much more likely to find me on vacation with sand/sun. For me, sand and sun are therapeutic and to be enjoyed. I am not a barfly. That does not mean I do not enjoying going out and meeting friends for a glass of good wine, just that I am not going to be out all night and certainly not going home with anyone. An evening spent with friends or at home snuggling with someone special and enjoying a movie is a fabulous way to end the day. Are you someone who knows that it takes two to make a relationship and want to be crazy about someone, just as they are wild about you? Are you someone who is not into games; but is honest, open and knows that communication and honesty are essential in any relationship? Do you want for your mate to have the same goals and values, a Godly person .. all the while knowing that does not mean you have got to be joined at the hip? *smiling* .. To put it very simply ~ It doesn't take much to make me happy. I like nice thing but I'm not materialistic! I like attention but I'm not needy! I'm a very spiritual person who loves spending time with family and friends. I adore my daughter and grandchildren and I love LSU and Saints football! I enjoy boiled crawfish and bonfires! Honesty and trust are MUSTS in my book. I think communication and mutual respect are very important! I'm an independent woman with a good job. I own my own home and car and I'm not looking to someone to take care of me financially. I'm not wealthy when it come monetary things but I am rich beyond measure because of my family and friends! I'm a closet smoker, meaning that i don't smoke many and i dont smoke every day. I'm actually pretty ashamed of this bad habit! lol. My precious grandchildren don't even know! I hope to God I can quit before they suspect and ask because I couldn't lie to them about it!!! LOL. I'll like to meet a nice man who loves children and enjoys family and friend times as well as doing things, just the two of us! Coffee and conversation or something simple for a first date is always nice. Maybe a walk along the river. Someplace fairly quiet to allow for some good conversation and get to know each other!
