About Me
I'm new to this whole online thing, and not sure how I feel about it just yet, but figured I would give it a shot since I'm new to the area! I am currently in graduate school where I am studying to receive my M.S. degree, and I am also employed with a local non-profit organization. I know exactly where I want to be career wise, and I am super passionate and motivated to get to that point. I would consider myself a very active person, and would much rather be doing something outdoors *** being inside in front of a television. I enjoy sports, and engage in them when I have the opportunity, specifically dancing, basketball, football, and triathlons, but also enjoy watching them! As I'm sure everyone else does, I consider myself a fun individual and young at heart, but at the same time believe there is a time and place for everything. I am probably the biggest animal lover you will ever met, specifically dogs, and have one of my own, who is more spoiled than most children. I have been dancing and listening to country music from the time I could walk, but have days where I venture off to other genres. I was raised with very southern values, and consider myself somewhat traditional with some modern twists. I have a lot of self-respect for myself, and stay true to the values and morals that I believe in. Therefore, I have way too much respect for myself to be a "hook-up" girl, so if that’s what you're looking for I am definitely not it! I am a country girl at heart, living in the big city, but have every intention of settling down on a big piece of land, when that time comes around. I can confidently say that I am a good person and have a genuine heart, and truly care about others, sometimes even more than myself. I am a listener, a problem solver, and a giver. (There’s a fine line between confident and conceited) I am very aware that I am not perfect, and in that same sense know and understand that everyone else has their own flaws too; therefore I am not typically judgmental unless there is a reason to be. I believe in trying (almost) everything once, and hope to look back on my life with little regrets and few missed opportunities. That’s a summarized me. I am not typically looking or not looking for anything on this site. Just looking to meet some new people and then take things from there! Something Fun!
