Day to day, I mostly listen to hip hop but my favorite band is The Mountain Goats. I use Songza a lot, I like picking a strange station and just seeing what pops up.

I love to read. I watch a lot of movies. I'm a total fangeek. I work in the sales department of a television station. I write for magazines and online. I keep reptiles. I'm part of a Geek Girls group as well as a collective of tattooed/pierced women who do charity work. I love my family. I adore my friends. I sometimes write in short, *** I will eat sushi any day and Asian food most days. I have always wanted to travel to Japan, New Zealand, and the Galapagos. I've never been out of the United States. I believe your suppose to say something witty here, but I’m really not good at filling out a profile. What can I tell you about me? Well I'm a bit shy at first, but once comfortable I am a social butterfly. I adore long conversations, blankets, and coffee. Especially, all at once! I love horror films and old monster movies. I've been in love with Godzilla and King Kong since I was a kid. I dabble in photography and sculpture. Someday, I hope to get my act together and actually work on some more elaborate art projects. I've had one idea stuck in my head for awhile; yet, it involves a lot of processes and white birch skin. This winter I plan on tackling it. I don’t really know very much about the area, but I’m always up for suggestions on good places to check out.
