Hello, here's a little bit of what I am all about. I recently started fitness training and weight lifting at a personal training facility, I work out 6 times a week and I am super committed to it even if it may not look like it just yet! Well I see it is time to update this even though not much has changed. I have grown a little as we all should over the course of time. I have learned to stand more for myself.
