I just moved here and looking to meet some people in the area. Start off as friends would be great and if it becomes more than that then so be it. Family and friends are very important to me. I am a strong-willed, confident, smart, funny, outgoing person that usually gets along with everyone. I enjoy playing pool, I absolutely love the beach (Miss it already), a good book I can't put down, boating, motorcycles, going to the movies (mainly for that salty buttery popcorn), BBQing with friends and family, kayaking, canoeing and camping (which has been a while), site seeing and checking out the local events. Needless to say my interest can go on and on. I love to do all kinds of things. I do believe in trying something first before turning your nose up at it. I do exercise and take care of myself and expect the same.....my my my what else to say? I guess if you would like to get to know me better just ask. Thanks and have a wonderful day. Open for discussion ~ Feel free to surprise me

I like to think I’m pretty well grounded. I value honesty and kindness. I’m independent, but with the right person - I really enjoy closeness and companionship. I’m feeling a bit subdued about online dating. I guess its fair to say that I crave a more organic experience when meeting a possible love interest (back stage at a music festival?***but its not essential. I’ I’m not looking to jump into anything super serious, but at the same time, I’m not interested in ingenuous, high volume dating. In conclusion, I am pretty much a sweetheart. My face is symmetrical and my teeth are straight. In my 30s, I have finally come to realize that who I want to include in my life is a fully grown up, adult male who's face is also symmetrical and who's teeth are basically straight (that part I always knew). Someone who's presence is calming and warm. Someone who is gentle and subtle, open and real. Someone that I can feel happy and secure with. If I am lucky enough to actually receive a message from you then I want to say thank you in advance and if I don't reply it is only because I don't want to send mixed messages. (Disclaimer: I stole this last bit off someone else's profile because it is very much in alignment with how I want to experience meetville - respectfully and with honesty) Warm wishes. Keeping it super simple - just going for a walk about.

Hey, I'm new on here and looking to see whats out there. Since I'm not really into the whole bar scene and no one seems to meet "the old fashioned way" anymore. It seeems that the new way to meet people is online, so here I am! lol Oh wait.....before you read any further....Liars and cheaters can stop reading now... I'm not interested! No one night stands either, I'm just not that kind of girl. Now that that's out there.....I'm a single mom, have been for a while, so there is no "ex drama" here! I'm just looking to meet someone nice that makes me laugh and that I can have fun with. Ultimately I would love just to find my someone special to share my time with. But we'll see :) I have a tendency to wear my heart on my sleeve, which means it tends to get hurt more often than I would like, but those are the scrapes and bumps of life. Without them I guess you wouldn't really know what you like and what you don't or even have a clear picture of what you want. It's acceptance.... lol..... ok that sounds very philosophical and all that lol but I guess you could chalk it up learning the hard way! Yes....soooo.......back to what I'm looking for...obviously someone that doesn't mind kids...after this long they've kind of grown on me! lol someone who is patient and understanding whose are huge must have qualities!!! You would have to be kind and caring, selfish people are a huge pet peeve of mine!!! And definitely someone who I can trust and can talk to about anything. If you think that's you....don't be afraid to say hello :) The first date is where all the magic happens, but what you're doing and where you are doesn't matter half as much as much as who you are with! Although, I don't really think the movies is a good idea, it's kind of hard to get to know someone when you're some place where you can't really talk. In the end it should be somewheres where you both feel relaxed and comfortable! There's enough pressure on first date night as it is ;)
