I'm an outgoing, smart, sassy but sweet woman with a spirit for adventure and a heart for romance. I love to travel and explore new places as well as trying anything once. I'm flying out to Iceland Nov ***to see the northern lights. After that who knows though I'd still like to sail the Greek islands. I love living life to the fullest and trying new things. I don't just talk about things I do them. I'm also very into holistic health, I have a BS in health and wellness. I like weight training, yoga and kickboxing it's a combo that works well for me.I am looking for someone who can hold a conversation, is smart, clean cut and has ambition. Someone who likes trying new things and going new places even if its a day trip to a town in the middle of nowhere. Someone who brings out the best in me and vice versa. A sense of humor is also a huge plus! After being on a few dates from here I have to say, I am not looking for a one night stand, I'm not a gold digger and I'm not trying to support you financially either. I'm not here for drama and games, life is too short. I still believe in true love and am optimistic that it can be found. I'm not looking for the bigger and better deal (as I sometimes think online dating gives that illusion) I just want someone who I can relate to and connect with period. depends probably something simple drinks or coffee to see if we have any chemistry in person

I used to have a typical profile saying what I thought was interesting about me... but after being on here for a little while I felt an update was needed. Not for nothing, I honestly think this whole process is kind of like the 10th level of hell. It can be fun, but for the most part it is filled with a lot of frustration and disappointment. Don't agree or believe me? Think I'm too cynical? Oh honey... the stories I can tell. Here's the goods: I wear a lot of different hats: I work for big Pharma by day and I teach yoga at night. I am also the executive producer of a podcast and a survivor ambassador for the American Heart Association. Yeah I lead a pretty full and busy life and I am looking for someone who respects that. My podcast is a live show, filmed in front of an audience. I also do a lot of promotion work for local bands and venues. That being said, I have a very strong personality and I talk to a lot of different people. The person who I am with should respect that and not be up my skirt because I'm talking to a band or bar patron. It's part of my job. A lot of folks will see that and say to themselves "oh I'm not that type of person. I respect that and won't get jealous" but it does happen, which is why I have to say it. A lot of men can't handle their girl being able to deal with other men giving them attention, and I understand that.... but I am not going to be with someone who can't handle that. I'm not the type of gal who sits in the corner and waits for her man to get me a drink. I'm brash, outgoing, in your face and a whole lotta fun. If you are looking for someone to be two steps behind you and wait for you to do everything, I am not your gal. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate (and expect) some chivalry, but there has to be a balance. Other things about me:I love music and supporting local musicians. You can usually see me at a good rock show but also like to get down at EDM shows or chilling in a coffee shop. I never thought I would say this but I run... albeit it not very quickly, but I am training for and running 5Ks... and I am actually enjoying it. Go figure! I'm a fan girl and have been to SDCC twice. I used to collect vinyl figures, but I haven't as much because my budget just doesn't allow for it anymore. (BOO!) I've been out of the comic book thing for awhile admittedly and am behind on my movies... so there is that. All that being said, the bottom line is I'm looking for someone who likes to have fun and actually *does* things... You don't have to run marathons, but being with someone that is active is a plus. Going to live shows and being able to hang out is a big deal as well. Just be cool and leave your drama at the door. :)Full disclosure, if you don't have a profile pic and/or write me in "text speak" the chances of me getting back to you are very slim. Also, if you are going to reach out to me, please be more creative than just "hi." It's always nice to see that someone *actually* read my profile and wants to hear more about me. Last thing... I hate the "online now" notification, because, in reality, I'm probably not. I access this site through multiple devices which keep me logged in. So, if I don't get back to you right away, it's because I simply have not gotten an opportunity yet. :)Happy fishing. Something chill. Coffee, drinks... some place where we can actually speak.
