Let me start off by saying, if my skin color doesn't affect your life personally, then don't mention it! I'm so sick of hearing "you're too tan or you need to stay out of the tanning bed" i don't live in a tanning bed, I just have dark skin so spare yourself the time of even mentioning it! Second, if you're interested in me and want to get to know me, just gotta let you know that talking to me and 10 other females ain't gonna cut it. Yes, I realize this is a dating site to get to know people but you can't get to someone in depth if you're focusing on so many other people. I am very dedicated to everything I do, whether that be my job, a relationship or whatever, I strive to be good at it. I am very close to my family and friends. I have a tendency to put other's wants and needs ahead of mine which sometimes backfires but that's just me. I am a huge sports fan and can throw statistics at ya and make you look stupid when you think you know it all lol. I call those the 3 evil D's lol. I live with and take care of my grandparents who are both ill, not because I can't afford or want my own place but because I love them and want them to be taken care of. I have tattoos and piercings, quite a few actually lol, but I wear them well I think. I like to drink beer when I go out with my friends but try not to get drunk and make an idiot of myself. Ok enough about me or we won't have anything to talk about! Anything as long as the company is good, I'm not picky.

I must tell you that I am a single Mom of 2 awesome kids they are 9 and 6 years old. I work full-time and I always seem to be on the move during the work week, however at the end of the day I want to share my life with someone special. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I am working on getting myself back into shape. I love my Zumba class and shaking my booty with the awesome music :). I enjoy all types of music from Rock, Country, Pop, 80's and Alternative. If I'm not at work you can catch me in jeans, tee-shirt and flip flops most of the time. I enjoy cooking and baking so usually holidays are at my place. I love going to Theme Parks and walking on the beach. I would love to travel outside the U.S. just to experience another culture. I'm really not into the Bar scene. I enjoy going to DC and visiting the different Museums and making a day of it. A first date can be tricky so I'll give a couple options. 1. A picnic lunch at a local park sounds nice. 2. Since, football season is here maybe a drink at a local sports bar while watching the game.
