Writing a personal profile is painful and very amusing all at the same time. If you like, then you like...if you don't then you don't. So here goes nothing...I asked my friends for some adjectives to describe me and this is what I got: kind-hearted, sensitive to others, can talk to just about anyone in any social gathering, adventurous, sweet, thoughtful...also stubborn, procrastinator, double-..(and in my defence, only because I'm trying to fit so many things into a day.)In my own words, I'm pretty active, you will not find me sitting home to often although having some down time is necessary. I don't judge, nor do I want to be judged. I'm competitive, but in a healthy way, I like to be the best that I can be and I would like that in you too. Check this out, please don't refer to me as 'cute', I am a woman, puppies are cute, babies are cute, I'm nothing close to a puppy or baby. I have a positive outlook on life, always have to try to see the good. I think I'm quite funny...I love to make people laugh and I can laugh at myself. Do I still have your attention? I have good self-esteem, not a stuck up princess but far from insecure. I'm confident and comfortable in my skin. I'm pretty easy going and drama free. Also spontaneous, you only live once and I refuse to sit on the curb and let life pass me by. What I'm looking for in a man...good hearted, funny, self-confident, responsible, judgment free, likes to have fun and try new things, not afraid to take a chance, easy going. I'm basically looking for a man-version of me.

Looking for: man. In age: 28-38
Hello! So I am back online after a break from dating - just wasn't finding what I was looking for, but I'm giving it another shot!In my free time, some of my likes are going the movies, theatre, sporting events (Go Rangers!), concerts, running, cooking, yoga, watching TV and hanging out with good friends. I am working on a novel- it’s a long work in progress- and I love karaoke. I enjoy traveling and trying new things. I’ll try almost anything once. I’m a very passionate person with a zest for life, so I am constantly looking for the next new thing- whether it’s a new recipe, a new hangout, or just a good movie on a Friday night. I love to run - I've done several half marathons and other races, and I like to keep in pretty good shape. I am looking to meet someone smart and interesting with goals of his own. I love life and I'm constantly on the move between work and social things, so meeting people has been tough. Send me a message if you want to know more. First dates are about getting to know someone, so I prefer drinks or hanging out somewhere fun- just some time to get to you know you. :)

I've been told by many friends that the best thing to put on a personal profile is what it is you are looking for. So here goes. I’m looking for my best friend who is financially stable and can make me laugh. The type of person who will be friends with me and then fall in love with me for who I am, not the version of me they think I am. I also want to get married. I've been dating for years and to be honest, I’m ready to be done with it. Now it is scary to post that out there for all to see but I’m doing it anyway. If that scares you or you don’t see yourself married someday, probably best to keep looking. If you’re just looking for sex, please keep searching. If I wanted just sex, I wouldn't be looking for it online. If you’re still interested, then keep reading, I’ll try to keep it somewhat short. I love it. Still a lot of training which can be mentally exhausting but I’m so glad I found this job. Let’s just say my last job had too much drama (ie, the boss/head of the company was cheating on his wife with a co-worker and trying to hide it even though we all knew). WOW!! Too much drama for anyone, I can’t believe I stayed as long as I did. Anyways, so I’m still adjusting to the new job but it’s going great. I’ Kinda sad as I've lived in MO my whole life but I need a change and this is part of it. I’m really looking forward to my new place.Let’s see what else. I’m really close to my family. I tend to go home to Mid-MO about once a month or so, usually for holidays or birthdays. We’re all spread out now, so it’s nice that we can all travel to the midpoint, ie my parent’s house. I also have a good group of friends, ranging from acquaintances to the “2 am friends” that you can call if you really need them and they’ll be there. I love hanging out with them and try to see them as much as possible, either one on one or as a group is always fun.I like to do lots of various activities. KC is big on the happy hour scene, so that’s fun. I do drink but usually only ***drinks when I go out. If you tend to get drunk a lot to the point of passing out or blacking out, please keep moving. Been with that and have NO desire to go back. I also enjoy going to the movies, art museum, going to concerts, bowling, piano bar, attending sport events, going for a walk, riding my bike, working out, etc. I also enjoy trying new things. I had a blast just watching and enjoying the crashes. As much as I enjoy being outside (especially in the spring and fall), I also enjoy just staying home and relaxing on the couch or grilling with friends over. There is tons more I could tell you but if you like what you've read so far, then please message me so we can start chatting (very important before meeting in person). Also when messaging me, try to be more creative than just the simple “Hi” or "What's up?" as that is a boring start. Thanks for reading! I usually let the guy take the lead on the first date as it can say a lot about him.
