Oh, the about me section. I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it makes sense to write about myself so you would think I'm awesome and really want to meet me. On the other hand, it is fun getting to know someone and having an about me section with too much information kind of takes away from that, right? So, here are some random facts, a few likes and dislikes, in no particular order (subject to change). The rest? You'll need to find out for yourself! - I lived in 3 different countries and traveled a lot- I get bored easily and can't sit still for very long - I always ask for the aisle seat when flying although I really prefer the window one- No one has ever been able to guess where I am originally from and I find that pretty entertaining- Exercise and eating well are important to me- I have a pretty dry/sarcastic sense of humor - I have been my own boss for 7+ years and wouldn't have it any other way. Building a business takes more time & effort, but absolutely worth itI like:- Good coffee (a bit of a coffee snob), Good food (cooking and eating out) & Good wine- Reading- The mountains and ocean- Art, mostly drawing and photography (currently figuring out food and sports photography)- My career path. I make athletes fast & keep them healthy. I could tell you how, but then I will have to kill you. I've been lucky enough to work with some of the best in the world. Awesome.- Being active - mostly running, bikes (the human powered kind) and XC skiing. Swimming too, sometimes. I am competitive, but don't compete (anymore)- Seeing new places and experiencing different cultures (a different way of saying that I like traveling... Doesn't everyone?!)- Music. Almost anything, other than countryI dislike:- Fixing flat tires on my bikes- Waiting for things to happen- Doing stuff I am not good at- Negative & lazy peopleIf you actually read the above and I have sparked your curiosity, send me a message! There may or may not be a pop quiz when we meet... ;) I should mention that I'm not a fan of messaging each other back and forth for a while before meeting in person. I like the real world better than the online one & don't see the point of hiding behind a computer screen. It depends. You could surprise me... Bonus points given to creative ideas.

Im sure people who know me well would agree that Im a caring, fun, compassionate, easy going, educated, independent women who is at a point in life where I've worked hard for my career and am bored of the single life (which includes cooking for myself!). Im very laid back in the sense that Im usually open to doing pretty much anything as long as it involves being with friends/family. Im kinda a tomboy in the sense that I love going to sporting events and concerts and will even watch most sports on TV...and yes I even drink beer! I like to explore the city, try new restaurants and hit up the beaches in the summer, but I also enjoy chilling in my lulus at home while watching a movie cuddled up to someone special. Traveling is a huge part of my down time as well. Being near or on the water will make me smile any day :) Bocce, hiking the chief/grind, gym/yoga, playing mixed slow pitch, spending time with my little nephew and volunteering as a coach for the Special Olympics also occupy my free time.The type of man Im interested in meeting is easy going, adventurous, honest, dependable and has his life together. If you can make me laugh, are active, enjoy traveling (this includes road trips!), can motivate and challenge me at times and dont play games then I think we're going to get along just fine!
