About Me

Ok, a little about me….I have lived in the DFW area for about 10 years now. I have 2 little boys (5 and 2) and they are hands down one of the best aspects of my life!! Being a mom to them is such an honor and is the most wonderful, challenging, exhausting, and rewarding experience that I have ever had, and worth every minute of it!! I love to make the most out of each day. I love learning new things and am constantly looking for life’s next lesson. I am a neat freak. I am very organized. I make spreadsheets for everything. I believe I am capable of doing anything I set my mind to and I never give up on anything. Oh and I love cooking and baking.Any excuse to be around friends and family makes me happy! I spend a lot of time with my family. I enjoy cooking, party planning and hosting any sort of event (dinner, birthday parties, showers, game nights etc.) I love a good dirty martini and red wine. I love live music especially country music. I like to go to the gym and when the weather is nice, I love going on long walks. I love taking pictures and creating photo books. And when I am not doing any of the above, I enjoy the occasional quiet evening watching a movie or catching up on all my shows on my DVR.I am a very open, honest and genuine person. I have a great sense of humor and am very loyal and dedicated to the people I care about.Enough about me! Lets talk about you...... I’m looking for someone who is driven, knows what they want out of life, and has a plan. Having a man who is confident, yet not arrogant is very important to me. I am looking for a true gentlemen, someone who knows how to treat someone well. I appreciate good family values, good manners and a good deal of respect. I am looking for someone that I'm comfortable around and enjoy spending time with. Someone that is ambitious, successful, honest, fun, trustworthy, intelligent, has a great sense of humor and most importantly is a good friend. That's not asking for too much... right?     I am a 34 year old mother of a beautiful 9 year old little lady... She is my heart... I am a full time childcare provider and am very independent... First date? HHHMMMM... I always thought that dinner and a movie would be a great first date but the more I think about it, dinner is just not enough time to meet,talk, and get to know someone... So I think it would be nice if maybe dinner was followed by a nice moonlit walk or maybe a few drinks, I just would like to get to know who ever I may be with. I do enjoy a good movie but I want to get to know this person at a more personal level rather than just time while eating... I am ready to settle down and find the love of my life... I am actually not picky so most places would be great but like I mentioned I would just enjoy being able to have an actual conversation with meaning... maybe a picnic or something like a county fair or even an aquarium or a zoo... there are so many options for a first date... I just want someone who will listen and respond and truly be interested and care... a first date to me is the most important... sounds like I require a lot to be happy but I really don't... I guess maybe for the first date, maybe I should leave it up to you! :-)
