I have tried online dating various times and for some reason, I tend to be meeting men/guys who don't seem to have their lives together or appear to be mentally unstable. Now, this may sound crazy, but all that I am looking for is a "normal" person :)...whatever normal really means...lol!Hobbies - First and foremost, I have a chocolate lab, she is my whole world! Love her more than anything! So, if you are not a animal person, please carry on :) During the summer months, I enjoy mountain biking, hitting the driving range or golf course and taking my girl for a swim or hike through awesome trails in the area. I also enjoy musicals, have seen quite a few and would love to see Wizard of Oz next! Winter months would consist of again, walking my dog, snowboarding and spending quality time with my family and hopefully that special some :) Driving range would be awesome! But a coffee tells a lot about a person and you can find out quickly if there is chemistry, so lets say coffee :) Wait, then again, dinner or a martini is always a nice option too ;)

I am a country girl living in the city and I love it. I have the best of both worlds. A few things about me;- I grew up in a small town- I love almost all music, especially country, but don't worry I won't force it on anyone!- Can get a wee bit competitive and love sports and board games - family and friends are very important to me***Have been a long time fan of the Blue Jays and paying $10 for a little afternoon buzz on beer that is way over-priced always seems like a good idea. - attending sporting events, concerts and festivals are some of my favourite things to do- weekend brunch is one of the best meals of the day (I always love new suggestions for places to go***teaching grade 7 and 8 is fun but exhausting - their endearing pre-teen attitudes make coming home to a glass of wine necessary- Jeopardy is regularly on my PVR and I love trivia I can get dressed up, go out on the town and be girly when needed, but you are more likely to find me in jeans and a t-shirt or playing football in a park. I prefer pubs to clubs, and think a night in can also be a great time. I love cooking, baking desserts, traveling around the world and all things to do with animals. I am quite happy with where I am in life, and I am an independent person who values autonomy in a relationship. That being said, I am still hoping to find a partner in crime to share interests with, learn new things and go on adventures with!
