We married young and grew apart. No drama between us as we coparent for an 11 year old daughter.As I waited for my divorce to process this year, I took time out to concentrate on myself before jumping into the dating scene. There are only so many nights out with my girlfriends, painting classes, reading books, and catching up on favorite TV shows I can take. After I started talking and answering myself out loud….. I realized it's time to date (or take medication). I'm completely kidding....trying out my sense of humor.Several things about my background- I grew up on a farm, come from a family of hard working, traditional parents. I’’m there for work, test my gun skills at the shooting range, and enjoy fishing. I’m full of variety and I’ll surprise you at times! Although, I’m not so good hooking worms without gloves and Clorox wipes beside me. Dating can get expensive. A fancy restaurant does little to impress me over a guy that gets creative to make an evening memorable. A simple pizza and bottle of wine fall right in my comfort zone. Movie, dinner, drinks, walk around a park, I'm a pretty cheap date. A comedy club sounds fun.

    I am a single mother... I have a quarter of a dozen kids (3)... its just me- I know nothing about every other weekend & holiday stuff..... I love history.
