I enjoy relationship!! I like to ask lots of questions. I want to know about your past, your hopes for the future, your favorite birthday memories, your least favorite birthday memories (those make for great stories, unfortunately), etc. I want to know and be known. My faith is of primary importance to me. However, I have issues with current Christian culture and am not a typical churchgoer. I am hoping to find someone who feels the same about expressing their faith in practical and non-religious ways.My kids are leaving the nest and making their own way in the world. That places me in the strange place of being independent and yet very tethered at the same time. It's a tough one to explain...so I won't even try. :)I was married for 21 years and have been separated for over two years. Getting divorced has been a long and miserable process. I'm hoping that the end is in sight!! I'm a little hesitant to plan anything too detailed for a first date. I think a quick coffee is a good choice, though not the most creative or romantic option; those can come later when it doesn't feel so weird (am I the only one who feels so awkward on that first "meet and greet"?).

I am looking for someone who would love to catch a good indie movie, read at my favorite book store, attend book club, or just catch a movie on dvd with a glass of great red wine on the sofa. I am more about the moments than the events in life. I was married to a good man who has MS and in the last several years has deteriorated. It has been hard to face the end of our marriage. It is important for me to share that it was not my choice, however he could not come to terms with his changing body and turned to alcohol and became a very angry and depressed man. I take marriage very seriously and was prepared to support him til the end of our lives but the disease turned him into an entirely different person. Sit by the beach, Have a cup of coffee, and / or a martini and talk :)

I just wat to live life ; find happiness where I can and find someone who i can be comfortable with that wants to live life with me someone who is happy with themselves and knows that god is good all the time! I like old rock and some new. Music is awesome it keeps me going. I have four boys that are all wonderful young men I am blessed. Lifes to short not to live it.
