I am an old soul who loves the outdoors and is always looking for a new adventure. I will try anything once and some things twice. I prefer to be outside as this nutures my soul. I have been known to have a quick wit and cause my friends and family to explode with laughter. I love to laugh and make people laugh. I have started to explore a different way of life through yoga and meditation. I am practicing these skills to deal with the speed bumps in life. I consider them just another tool in my tool box to make my life better. I like to challenge myself that way.
