Hi there, thank you for checking out my profile.Im not looking for someone to complete my life but to compliment it. I am not desperate, just looking for someone to do things with, and hopefully grow into a meaningful relationship. My children are grown and I am very proud of the young adults they have become. My son is in the Armed Forces and my daughter works full-time and lives with me. I am a very young at heart 54 year old, with a sense of humour, and common sense. Ive been told Im one of the few honest ladies on here. I love to hike and camp, I enjoy the outdoors. I do have alittle spot in Sauble Beach that I try to go to most weekends from spring through fall. Its a nice escape after the work week.I have been on a couple of Caribbean cruises and am planning on another. I am most comfortable in my jeans, and I dont mind getting my hands dirty even with my french manicure. I'm not high maintenance at all.     i am a single mom, a 19 yo daughter who lives away and a 16 yo son who is with me half the time....i have 3 dogs to keep me company i love to cook which is why i chose foodie as the word that best discribes me...i love watching cooking shows saturday mornings and then replicating one of the recipes that weekend...and i love trying different restaurants....but i could have easily have chosen animal lover, music snob, rockstar, tv junkie, homebody or tree hugger...i have a big loud italian family and we eat, drink wine and laugh pretty much every sunday afternoon...until the fall, then the laughs change to cheers or boos, depending on how the eagles are playing.......not that i live far, but its not the city i love......; they're all wonderful....i love music...all kinds....okay, not really classic rock because we listen to that in work, and really, how many times can you hear stairway to heaven or satisfaction in one week? I will warn you i sing all the time....and i have a terrible voice....singing lessons are on my bucket list.... Since i haven't done this for 20 years, i'm thinking meeting for breakfast or lunch one saturday or sunday would be smart....that way we can have a nice conversation and get to know each other....
