About Me

I am looking for someone who shares my interests and if things work out the relationship could grow. It would be nice to find someone to share life with. I enjoy life and like to have fun but I also work hard. I have a 17 year old son who is still at home most of the time. I like to read sci-fi, fantasy and horror books.**** My tastes in movies and television are similar to my reading taste.I mainly like pub rock and alternative garage bands but like most types of music. I like going to see live music and can often be found listening to music at one of the many establishments in KC that play live music. I am looking for individuals who share similar interests so that we may enjoy each other's company. I enjoy camping and walking with my dog. I like to relax in the morning on the weekends with a cup of coffee and a book. I like to try and learn new things... I have taken ballroom dancing lessons, travelled around the world courtesy of Uncle Sam, worked at various professions - drafter, interrogator, Spanish and Arabic linguist. I like most types of food particulary Indian, Mexican and Middle Eastern. I not a big fan of most sports except hockey. If you want to meet someone who is smart and fun to be around I am your person. I am physically active and exercise ***days a week dependent on my work schedule. I do not have an athletic build but I am not overweight either. When meeting someone for the first time, I prefer to meet over a cup of coffee that way we can spend time talking and getting to know each other. If things click and we want to see more of each other than dinner and a movie is always a fun second date.
