I am not looking to "date around." I am more of a relationship person. I have not been in a relationship or even on a date in over two years. I have decided that maybe it is time for me to see who is out there.The man I am looking for must be a Christian. Not someone who just claims to be a Christian, but someone who lives in such a way that it shows. He must have morals, ethics, manners, and know how to conduct himself. He must know how to carry an intelligent conversation.Any form of racism is completely unacceptable in my home. Please understand that there are no exceptions.I have done some things in my past that are embarrassing and/or wrong and I am sure you have too. I believe the past needs to be kept in the past. I am looking to move forward and I would love to find someone to take that journey with me.I would love to find someone to be my best friend and my partner. I want someone to take road trips with; I want to cuddle up and watch TV, do projects around the house together or just go out to dinner and a movie.I love going to flea markets and thrift stores. I love to find mid-century items for my home. I enjoy doing things around the house. I enjoy reading and I am a "word nerd." I am definitely not a high maintenance gal and I do prefer my blue jeans and a T-shirt over playing dress up. I prefer to keep things simple. I don't own a lot of "stuff" and I prefer quality over quantity. I am in no way materialistic.I don't mind if you are blue collar or white collar, short or tall, skinny or "a few extra pounds." You can be bald. You can be Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, etc. It's okay if you have tattoos. I have one small one myself. Separated is the same thing as married, so please don't contact me until the divorce is final. Please have teeth. I really do want you to have teeth.I am happy with my life. I enjoy an excellent quality of life. But I would love to have that best friend to enjoy things with and hopefully experience new things. First date should be lunch followed by an activity that allows conversation to flow comfortably, such as a trip to the aquarium or if the weather permits, the zoo.Then if we are enjoying our time together perhaps we could continue with dinner.
