About Me

Hello! I have been single for alomost 4 years after 26 years of marriage. I'm not interested in marraige. I would like someone to talk wilth, laugh with, and dine with and possibly build a long-lasting relationship! I like to get together with friends and I LOVE to go dancing. I enjoy a variety of music. I like Country, Rock and Roll, and I LOVE "the oldies"!If I had to describe myself in a few words, it would be honest, genuine, trustworthy and compassionate. Also, I'm a bit 'old school." Family is very important to me. I'm very close to my siblings and we get together often. My goal for the rest of my life is to stay happy , healthy, and have fun! Since I haven't dated for decades, I would rather meet for a couple of drinks and talk. I like a guy with a good sense of humor . . . . . I love to laugh!!

Woman. 54 years old. Zodiac sign: Capricorn.

Looking for: man. In age: 51-61

I hope to meet an honest, sincere and friendly man who isn't afraid of intimacy with an intelligent woman. I am very easy going and I do not play games..(well maybe one but it involves a french maid outfit- lol). I love to make people laugh and I love to laugh, so a sense of humor is very important.I hope to meet someone who understands that we don't have to be joined at the hip yet can take full advantage of the time we can have together. I am not interested in married men or men who are involved in any type of committed relationship who are just looking for alittle something on the side. I don't do drama. I like to keep things simple. So, if you are interested in a low maintenance woman to complement your life-not control it, then maybe you should get in touch...all in all, I think I am a pretty good catch--if you don't mind alittle chase...lol (BTW, I am really 55 yrs old..I have the wrong date there and they won't let me change it now). I think first dates should be simple, coffee or a drink.....maybe lunch. We can always extend it if we hit it off. Use your imagination....a little creativity would be nice once in awhile. All things considered, long distance relationships don't usually work. They are not FOR ME anyway...so if you live more than ***mins. away I think the most we'll be doing is chatting. I just don't like to drive. My daughter live's on the eastern shore so I am there several times a year.***WARNING: Any *** individuals using this site or any of its associated sites for studies, projects, advertising, sales, or any other reason-you DO NOT have permission to use any of my profile or pictures in any form or forum both current and future. Woman. 52 years old. Zodiac sign: Gemini.

Looking for: man. In age: 49-59

I am very family oriented. I have three daughters whom I consider to be a few of my biggest successes in life as they really are great people. While they are not living at home, I try to spend as much time with them as I can. I am an honest, kind, warm and loving, sensitive, woman. I try to find humor in almost everything. I consider myself a happy person both in my job as well as at home. I get along and play well with others nicely. I spend alot of time outdoors gardening, weeding and taking care of my yard. I treat others with respect and courtesy. Drama is definitely not my thing. I keep a happy, quiet home, although I love entertaining both family and friends. I am looking for that one person to share my life . I want to come home knowing that some good conversation and companionship is waiting for me inside the door. I feel that relationships work when both people are willing to talk about their wants, needs, desires and that if there is something challenging the relationship, that we would be able to discuss it. I am not looking for the "perfect someone" , just someone who likes to get out when the weather is nice and who also likes lounging in the evening as well in front of a good movie. Traveling is one of my passions and I have been to many places both here in the U.S. and abroad. Still hoping to see many more. I would welcome a response from you even is you stop to just say have a nice day. First dates, God how the thought makes me nervous. I don't consider meeting someone for the first time your first date. You first date is hopefully something a little more involved than the first time you met. The first "meeting" could be a number of things but what it shouldn't be is a movie. I mean how well can you get to know someone sitting at a movie where you are not supposed to talk? It should be over coffee (or a soda as I don't drink coffee) or a walk on a pier or a beach, or sitting in a park somewhere where there are other people around.Needless to say, after we have met, first dates can be a whole other story......
