About Me

I was in a complicated relationship and now that I have taken some time off of dating, (which I think is probably a good idea for everyone), I am now ready to check out this internet thing. Although I'm a bit nervous about this, I am ready to check out the possibilities. Well I guess I should tell you a bit about me....... I like to work hard and I like to play hard (Hey, I don't mean hurt me hard, I just mean that I try to live life with gusto!). My parents raised the old-fashioned way. I believe in working hard for the things you want, I love my friends and family, and I am an honest person and do my very best to do what I say I will and I try to not make promises I can't keep. It is important for me to find these characteristics in someone that I am in a relationship with as well. I tend to take things literally, so when someone tells me that they are going to do something, I expect them to follow-through as I would do to them. I have raised two boys, both are grown now, and I have an absolutely beautiful little granddaughter. Oh, here are some things my friends, family and co-workers have said about me........
