Hi there, I'm one of those people that thought they'd never find themselves on a meeting site. I am kinda old-school as far as how I live my life and conduct myself, but with an open-minded manner. First of all, I'm a mom to twin 14 year old girls that will be living with me for 4 more years before going to college. They are really good girls and I'm blessed to be their mom. We have a nice home and life. They visit their father regularly so I find myself home alone a lot of the time. I have a very good income so I don't need to be supported. They have a caring father that loves them alot so I don't need someone to help me raise them. Although life is really great and full, I don't have a mate to share life with. It's always hard for me to think of ways to describe myself that don't sound goofy or cliché but I'll give it a shot and if you get past the basic description and think we have some common ideas and interests drop me a line and we'll chat. Most people consider me pretty easy to talk to and once I get to know you I'm mostly an open book that will tell you just about anything you want to know. I'm more extroverted than introverted so I think it's important to have great communication with each other but I also enjoy having quiet times together too. I'm a fun loving, adventurous person with a good sense of humor that enjoys getting the most out of life that I possibly can. I'll try anything at least once, as long as it's within reason. At the same time, I would also consider myself as a grounded, sensible, secure individual with strong moral values. My friends and family are an essential part of my life and I would do anything for them. They would tell you that I'm extremely dependable and loyal. I would say I'm a hopeless romantic at heart and I'm hoping to find someone special that enjoys the same things in life that I do. I'm cautiously optimist that there are other people out there that believe having a loving and meaningful relationship with that one other special person can make a big difference in the adventures still left to come. I believe in the golden rule and think everyone should live by the honest simplicity it represents. How much easier can it be than to treat others the way you would like to be treated? I enjoy spending time outdoors in the spring, summer and fall doing just about anything. I tend to be a little more of a homebody in the colder months but depending on your idea of fun, I'm willing to bundle up and go play. I try to be healthy and active and eat right most of the time, but I'm not fanatical so I make allowances for enjoying pizza, ice cream and chips and salsa from time to time. I believe in balancing out the weekdays and a more disciplined lifestyle with the weekends and a more casual and relaxed attitude. Hopefully this gives you a little bit of an idea about who I am and what I like. If you'd like to know more just ask. For a first date I'd prefer something simple like meeting for coffee or a drink and spending a little time getting to know more about each other and how we connect. If things go well from there, I'd be interested in setting up a second date to do something we mutually enjoy. Hopefully we'll have enough ideas about what that might be after our first date to have several options to choose from.
