I try to challenge myself every day and not take anything for granted.I am a physical therapist. I love what I do. It is very rewarding to help people to help themselves. I am pretty much a health nut... I exercise ***times a week. I try to mix it up. I enjoy yoga, pilates, body works, spinning, weight lifting, zumba. I feel like exercise is a great stress reliever.
