Stylish honey bee is ready to buzz around for fall fun. Music makes my soul soar. Climbing trails and collecting natural herbs and flowers.I like classic rock, jazz, new emerging indie groups.I like Vermeer PaneerAnd growing my career( ex New Yorker!) but don't hold that against me...... I have a special affinity for great art, love flea markets, design, farmers markets, raw rustic beaches, hiking, whipping up a great meal on a moments notice and having fun. I'm down to earth, witty and fun. My grandmother used to call me ";and I'm still sunny & optimistic (despite on line dating challenges)It would be nice to share my interests with a smart man and see what develops naturally and organically. I'm not here for a casual"hook up"...or to play text/email games. Developing a stimulating friendship first would be welcomed. Are you a music lover, art lover, hiker, smart witty trail blazer or adventure seeker? Are you TALL? 6'1 or over? ( If you are not TALL, please honor this request and do not message me....)Sophisticated and well traveled? Maybe an urban rat too? Earthy, smart and funny? somewhere between classic and hippie? Kind and not a player? Are you TALL, intelligent and witty? Silly and playful too? ( no Hawaiian shirts please.) Then let's chat and frat sometime ..... Wear a clean shirt................

Woman. 55 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 52-62
I'm a happy, balanced single girl that is as real as it gets. What you see here is exactly what you will see in person. My passions are wilderness backpacking, kayaking, and camping in the mountains near a stream or lake. Fly fishing, (for the longest time, I thought this was the ONLY right way to fish, right?!). I love gardening, art, reading, crafting...I enjoy learning new things, Saturday markets full of fresh veggies, country music (all kinds of music) and FUN, happy people...I'm not a serial dater, in fact I haven't been dating for over two years now because I wanted to take a break and do some other things that I really enjoy doing...things that are on my ever growing bucket list. So, YES...it will take a bit of conversing before I say yes to a first date. Looking for that certain someone for me isn't about jumping at the first invite and going through a ton of coffee dates until something sticks. Why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary? Looking for a long term relationship to me is an investment in time and energy. Getting to know you here is a part of the process. Talking on the phone is part of the process. Meeting for the first time is...going to be exciting and well worth all the time it takes to get there. (you thought I was going to say, part of the process, right?) lol!On another note...I love the smell of my man just after he's taken a shower, that soapy fresh scent is so sexy. I love the look in his eyes when something touches the very depth of his soul; and he need not say more. I miss getting ready for work in the mornings, sharing the bathroom, drinking coffee; starting the day together. The laughter only WE share because we get something no one else does (It's what makes us just about perfect as a couple). I enjoy it when my man takes my hand in his...anytime...for no reason other than to indicate that I am HIS sweetheart. He knows that a single flower can make my heart melt faster than a dozen roses can and one sweet kiss can equal a thousand words... I'm on meetville because I am looking for someone that isn't like everyone else. Someone that stands out a bit from the usual "Let's do coffee" crowd. Shouldn't a first date be something out of the ordinary and not the mundane? Something more than coffee in a crowded coffee shop filled with business people doing the same thing? Shouldn't it be our first opportunity to make a great impression? Ideas? museums, art galleries, antique shops, a local dive that really isn't and serves great food, wine tasting, city tour routes, hoola hooping in River Park Square...well, maybe not that, I am not very good at it. LOLFeel free to be creative...take the time to make an impression. It could be a lasting one and the beginning of something pretty darn terrific..
