I joined a vintage bicycling club as a fun way to get outside and see the beautiful Bay Area through different eyes. I like to take classes and learn new things like yoga, swing dancing, ceramics, flower arranging, hula dancing and Italian cooking. It may sound silly, but I recently took up the ukulele and have a great time strumming away while trying to sing along. I am big on going to the library and reading. Cook books, historical fiction, autobiographies and Rick Steves are often in the stack at the check out counter. My latest summer adventure was touring Europe with a fantastic group of interesting people. Now I am stricken with Wanderlust...Where to go next??? So many choices! A first meeting at a pub, coffee shop or frozen yogurt place. Then perhaps a second meeting for a walk & talk at a pretty outdoorsy place.

My friends say I can be quiet and shy at first, but really I'm just sittin' back, watching and observing. Sooner or later my wicked sense of humor comes out. I would love to find someone who can make me laugh and challenge my sense of humor! Great banter is a must. I enjoy sitting and sharing stories, laughing and learning more about each other, enjoying the simple pleasures in life. I'm not the dependent, needy type although I love a text or two every day, as Its nice to know I'm on your mind. I have been very successful in my own career, proving to myself and those around me that I can take care of myself and anything that comes up.
