Living life as a confident optimist has given me the gift of believing that all is possible. When I wake up in the morning I know that it is up to me to make it happen or not to happen. My favorite type of people are people who have a sense of purpose, non-judgemental and who can laugh at themselves. I love all types of movies, people, food, music, dancing and animals. A person who has examined their life and have a sense of who they are is probably a good match for me. I love to laugh and see the humor in most things and will be serious when it counts. World issues, politics, the entertainment world are just a few of the things I like to talk about. My spirituality is important to me. I love exploring others beliefs in a non-judgemental way because it helps me examine, define and expand my own life.- on the ocean, in the woods or mountains sounds good to me - enjoys walking in the city and being near the lake. A sense of adventure would be fun, too! My first date with someone after our initial tea or coffee meet would be to do something that is fun like go on a nature hike, go to dinner or lunch or go to dinner and a movie.     You know, I have had my profile up for some time now. I have noticed that sometimes someone will reach out to me, but never to be heard from again.     Hello. I am looking for a lifelong partner - someone to grow old with, to have that wonderful loving, trusting relationship I know can exist. I want to find a special someone to share life with - to do things like traveling, exploring local areas, trying new things or just staying home together watching TV. I find it boring to sit in the sun on the beach for hours although I do like exploring the beach. I enjoy spending time at festivals, the theme parks on occasion, and exploring new places including locally. I have discovered I enjoy live music if it is the right kind of music. As I indicated, my interest can be sparked by almost anything. What can you show me? I can't say I'll do anything once but I will consider it (don't think I am brave enough for sky diving though.) My ideal first date is simply a meet and greet - meet somewhere for tea/coffee for a half hour or 45 minutes to see if there is mutual interest. No pressure on either of us.
