I can hold my own in any social situation but prefer smaller gatherings. I love to stay home and snuggle with a movie as much as going out to dinner with friends. I'm a big kid at heart but take life seriously when its appropriate. I've got an intense core wrapped up in a warm, affectionate, playful nature. Rarely am I ever in a bad mood and maturity usually wins out over emotions. Please note the "usually" lol. I am a girl after all and a passionate person. I am spontaneous but a calculated risk taker. I'm a friendly, open person who is curious about people and places. I like to learn about human nature by reading, watching, talking, and travelling. I'm very appreciative for all the wonderful things and people I have in my life. I adore children, and my greatest blessing has been my daughter. I'm very active in her life, and believe that you need to be, especially through the teens. If you have children, that's only a positive thing for me. I'm not a party person so if your idea of a great night is to hang out and drink, or you like to hang out at clubs, I am not your girl. I like to have fun with friends, go out to dinner, movies, galleries etc. I LOVE photography. I almost always have a camera with me and enjoy shooting everything from random things I come across during the day, to serious portraits. If I could make a living at it, I'd be doing it right now. For now, it's my favorite hobby. I'm hoping to find a sweet, honest, self-aware man, who isn't out to serial date but find that one amazing person that fits perfectly in their arms.     Upon meeting a man for the first time, I can usually tell whether he is someone I want to see again or not. The way we act and speak gives off volumes of information. I value staying home but need adult company. Drinking and partying does not appeal to me. I prefer to hang out with friends in small groups rather than in large groups. Please don't contact me if you are financially needy, in credit trouble, if you are a metrosexual, a long haired hippy, have bad teeth, or if you are way younger than me. Someplace public like a coffee house or cafe is a good first date. That way we don't feel awkward for too long if there isn't chemistry. I prefer to pay for myself the first time.
