Hi! Well, here is a taste of me. Check me out.....I love to spend time with my two wonderful granddaughters and my family. I like to read, take walks, hike, swim, ride motorcycles (as a passenger), spend time with my dog, sit on the couch with my feet up, watching my favorite programs and movies. I like to go out on a Friday or Saturday night to a favorite place and enjoy a drink with my friends. I enjoy a relaxing bath or a dip in a hot tub. I enjoy taking a vacation every year. Hopping on a plane to visit family and take in the sights of a new destination. My goal is to simply be who I am, not who someone wants me to be. I also want to continue to work on my bucket list. I am where I want to be in my career and I am aspiring to be a better karaoke singer, learn spanish, and to keep being the grandma that the girls want to spend time with.Talk about myself....well, I have been told that I am a caring, loving, considerate, sweet, sharing, wonderful woman (beep...beep my own horn). I am an educated woman, not with the over-the-top GPA, but educated enough to communicate well and make my point. I try to give of myself to help others and I love my sense of humor. Life is too short to not giggle and laugh whenever possible. I have been through a few hardships in the past few years and with the help of my family and friends, I have tapped into my inner strength to pull myself through and land on my feet, stronger that I was before. I truly believe that "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger". A positive attitude makes all the difference! OK....I'm not at all electronically illiterate, but when it came to the IPOD, I was living under a rock. I had one, but I never set it up and used it. Now, because of a friend, I am the proud owner of a fully functioning, music loaded, IPOD! I love that thing! I don't care for all types of music, but I am proud of the fact that my taste is open to many styles and artists. I like 70's, 80's, 90's and up. Some classical, jazz, Big Band, some country; old and new, rock, very little rap. I'm always open to listening to something new. Although you will know when I am listening to my favorites ( I start to move, and I can't stop!)I am a warm, good hearted, woman who has a lot to give to the right person. If you think that you might be that person, contact me. I will be watching for you!! Wow, no one has ever asked me what I would like to do on a first date........A picnic. Casual, relaxed. Romantic. Let's see.....Music, a soft, thick blanket to sit on, chilled, organic semi-sweet wine to sip on. Hot finger foods, fresh fruits and, of course, a yummy chocolate dish for dessert. I hope that we can manage to leave the ants at home!!!

I'm 51 and never been married ..So I guess you could say That Iv'e waited long enough for the man of my dreams...So there for I don't think I'm willing to settle nor do I have too...lol...I'm a very hard working women.     Hello, Thanks for stopping by.....I am not looking for an *** I believe a relationship has to be built on a firm foundation. If you can't start out as friends, then you have nothing. So, friendship if it develops into more fine, if not it wasn't meant to be I have a friend.I have been a single mom most of my life. My son is grown. He is 23, and I am very proud of him. I live in a rural area. Where the pace is slow. Here it's easy to stop, and look at God creation. Simple things like listening to birds sing. Looking up in the night sky, and seeing the stars. Driving to the pond, an wetting hook hoping catch a fish. I do like to fish. I like to take a Sunday drive to no where. I love to laugh, and love to pick on ones I care about. So, if you can't laugh, and take a joke. Then we probably don't have to much in common. My favorite time of year is the FALL. The changing of the leaves. I guess this is a big part of who I am. I work two jobs, that I like. I am a very independent woman. My family and friends are very important to me. I have a big heart, and I am a very caring person. I am a christian, but don't go to church every Sunday. I like all types of music, except rap... (if i can't understand it, then it's not for me) LOL... I don't play games, don't have time for it. I am a very easy person to talk too. At this point in my life... I would like to have someone that I could develop a true friendship with, and possible over time grow into a relationship.
