I'm not good at talking about myself...I'm just ME. I'm real, I'm honest, and I'm loyal. I'm pretty casual and not high maintenance, but I still like to be a girl. I'm not perfect but I try to be the best me I can. It's been an interesting journey so far and I'm ready to see where else it takes me. I always wanted to be a hippie but I got disco ***, and still like the music from that era! My favorite color is purple and I like almost anything nature-y! I also love long hair, on women, men and even animals! Right now mine is down to the middle of my butt but I'll be donating it soon to Locks of Love. I like tattoo's but only have one.I have a one-eyed, deaf dog, a hurricane Katrina rescued psycho cat, an eclectus parrot who plucks, and a Honduran Wood turtle that used to be my mom's. I take care of everybody and everything, and have decided that maybe it's time to take care of some stuff for me, like finding someone I can have fun with *** take care of! I love to laugh and am usually smiling, though it's been a rough few years for me, and it took me a little while to get my feet back under me after my world blew up. I'm pretty stable-was married only once, for 18 years (we're still friends), I've been single for 7, and have been in my home since ***. St. My dream is a peaceful little cabin in the woods somewhere pretty, with 4 real seasons (not just 4 versions of the same season!), and someone special to share it with. I miss the colors of fall, and snuggling while it's snowing outside.One step at a time, friends first of course, and let's see where it leads. Please don't be terminally ill, and don't be a liar (I hate liars)...just be YOU. Hmmm...let's see... More dreams... Or sunset and dinner at Sharkey's? What do you think?
