Salut...While I can very much enjoy myself in solitude and I do have many friends to do things with…I believe that life is a journey for two people.…my dream trip… Without that, life is simply a series of very pretty postcards, and a big bottle of 'me and I' to drink from while reviewing themAll I really want to find is my favorite person in the world, the one I am excited about…long for… and proud to introduce to my friends. He is one to know more about the world than just the street he lives on …a man of integrity who has a purpose in life....he is driven and knows the true meaning of respect and practices that with people from all walks of life. He has an opinion but knows when to appreciate the opinion of others and be open to learn…and adapt… and become better....that is a bonus :-)He is a man of great passion.I believe that good relationships are built on respect, good communication and the ability to be ourselves and still feel safe ....I am worthy of all three and am capable of offering the same.I love to play ball in many forms, I like to swim and I enjoy a challenge. I absolutely love to dance, a good dance beat always draws me to the dance floor. A good game of tennis, a concert...a good movie, a rustic quaint restaurant/cafe.....are all some of what excites me.Oh....one final note: Men who date more than one woman at a time are a big turn off for me. If at this stage in life you still don't know what you want then please steer clear of this profile. If the above resonates then I look forward to hear from you. A glass of Amarone is a good start. We meet...if we connect...everything else is detail.

My friends say I am very loyal, caring, concerned and loving. I am truly a great friend. I would rather just date with no stress or pressures of a relationship. If something did occur over time, then I believe that 'one' would be meant to be. I love to laugh. My friends and family laugh when I don't even realize I am being funny. To me, laughter really is good for the soul.I love to walk every day for exercise. I walk each and every morning for an hour and a half...with my 6 month old Poodle, Dusty. It is good for the both of us and we have fun together. I was a member of the YMCA for years and stopped about 4 months ago for knee surgery. I am planning on starting back again soon. I love to exercise. I like to take pilates, aerobics, water aerobics and yoga.I have both parents living. They have been together for 54 years. I have two children. My daughter is 27 and my son is 24. They both live out on their own now. I am very proud of them and love them dearly. At this point in life, I wish I did. My family has been very good to me and I appreciate and am grateful for it all.I like Country Music, mostly New Country. I listen to 94.7 WQDR and I love Tim McGraw. He's my favorite. I love a lot of different music; only country is my favorite. For my first date, I would like to go out somewhere nice for dinner...or meet for lunch and talk and learn more about one another.

What I like:Tall menWalksSpirited conversations about politics, philosophy, the world in general and ours in particularDelicious foodArts exhibitsConcerts (Blues, Jazz)Men admitting behind closed doors that they are not interested in SPORTING EVENTS!!!!!)SnowflakesWhat I don't like:you running late ... again!lots and lots of talk about things that don't ever happenhours on the tube watching fat guys running up and down a field An hour or so to get to know each other take a walk, have a drink. I often think there should be two first dates because after exchanging a few *** then finally going out to meet it still seems slightly unreal. Yes, we all know within seconds of meeting a person if we want to proceed. However, we are old enough to know that sometimes life hands us something surprising at the second glance.
