The sound and feel of good music especially well-played and live. Smells meant to stimulate, sooth or bring back wonderful memories. The yummy taste of healthy food, prepared with attention and fully enjoyed. Beautiful sights (aren't we fortunate to live in the NW) especially the smiles of friends heading my way. And all the wonderful ways to experience luscious touch and physical movement. Particular favorites are joy--Open-Wide loving. I have many accomplishments.
