I'm starting a new life chapter, care to be included? I've had enough of NYC for now. A great place to visit; however, commuting daily, I'm done. Netflix series ... finished Breaking Bad in 3 wks, I loved that series, I was addicted. I'm waiting for the new series to be added to Netflix that's on HBO right now.Chemistry connects for sure if you have paternal *** soul regardless if you are a parent or not. I am not a parent. Suffocation isn't asked, just intermittent reminder loving pulses. I enjoy being healthy! I'm more outdoors than inside exerciser, e.g. power walks with yoga, hiking, x-country skiing and snowshoeing. It's great to come inside to a delicious home cooked meal via crock pot or what I planned and relax over an entertaining movie or music with a refreshing glass of wine.I'm into well groomed, professional (white or blue collar), soulful, fun, creative and athletic (no super jock, love handles are cool!). I'm 53 and would love to find my soul mate sooner rather than later as we enter retirement! I think having 'independent / alone' time is healthy too. A perfect home would be one level, two wings with each wing being 'our individual space' and center / common area (kitchen, dining, living room). Of course sleep together (hoping snoring isn't an issue ... lol). One level as we are aging, forgo steps. If you own a motorcycle, this is cool, respectively! This is completely stepping out of my comfort zone but if I'm not doing that in my life, I'm not living completely so here I go! My three kids (24,23, ***all three out on their own now. Empty nesting a bit but getting used to it and starting to enjoy it. I LOVE to travel and have been blessed to be able to have done quite a bit. So much more to see and experience though! I try to live daily with an attitude of gratitude and with gratitude being an action in my life. Better to have loved and lost? I have loved and I have lost and I don't believe that life is balanced if it's not experienced fully. No up without down, no high without low, no risk, no gain. I have the ability to experience great joy and great pain, life. Don't believe in coincidence or that anything happens by accident.I have been on my own for a while and enjoy my own company. I don't need anyone to complete me but would enjoy sharing my life and time with the right person. It's not about having what you want... it's about wanting what you have!

People tell me that I’m very easy to talk to, kind, a good listener and an open-minded sounding board for my friends and family. I am uncomplicated as they would say in the horse world. lolA fun day for me presently includes watching my son play sports, going for a long bike ride or hike, riding my horse, and having dinner with friends at home or out to an ethnic restaurant.I enjoy projects around the house and even decided to build my own barn without having any previous construction experience. I bought a bunch of books and materials and just went for it. It’s incredibly satisfying to know that I build something with my own two hands. And, yes, the corners are plumb!I love to travel, especially off the beaten path and to explore new cultures. I spent three months in Africa in my 20s in places where the people had never seen an American person. It was an amazing adventure, and it would be wonderful to do some more traveling in the future. I recently went to the National Parks in the South West with my son and brother. It was awesome. Snuggling is one of my favorite activities! I am sorry but I am not into motocross, football, or motorcycles. I’m drawn to folks who are kind, generous, bright, and easygoing; people who are curious students of life and humanity.
