To be clear, I've never had any sort of addiction to alcohol but have met alot of people who seem to let their lives revolve around the consumption of alcohol and it has become a problem for me to be with people like that. I guess I just enjoy being sober and present...aware...call me crazy. I am a massage therapist and an esthetician but have done many other things in my life, including a 13 years stint in the USAF, 4 of which I lived in Germany. I LOVE EUROPE!! I would like to someday live on some land of my own with an organic garden, chickens and maybe a goat. Possibly a bed and breakfast or healthy retreat center for people who are burned out and need help getting back to basics. I think it is really important to take care of our planet so I recycle, reuse and do my best to reduce my carbon imprint. I think maybe someday I could be ok living off the grid. I have thought about going to stay for a few months on an organic farm just for the experience. I have recently been introduced to permiculture and think it's awesome. I don't much care for fancy clothes or jewelry or STUFF in general although I do like to get dressed up occasionally for a evening out. I clean up pretty good!! I'm pretty low maintenance. I do like my quiet time at home gardening, cooking or reading. I have a kitty that I love. I love doggies too but they require more attention. I love to laugh and have good conversations. I'm not much for small talk or gossip. I'm a classic rock/blues girl but would love to be introduced to different music. I don't much care for music that is angry or degrading. OK there it is...ARE YOU OUT THERE IN meetville LAND MR RIGHT?? I think I'm ready! NOT FOR DRINKS...coffee or lunch would be cool!

I like to travel to somewhere new at least once a year. Friends are important to me, as they are the family you choose and I'm a Nana ,so family gets time as well. They all say I have a big heart and I am to generous to a fault. I don't think so. I give, as I find great joy in the giving and only get taken when I allow it to happen. I wish to live the dream of retirement and someone to share all the new adventures and experiences, as well as the old ones.Someone to help make dreams a reality, hold hands with always, and snuggle in front of a warm fire with a couple of hot Toddies on a stormy night.I promise to laugh at all your silly jokes :) Lets meet some where there is a hidden trail and stumble upon a coffee shop and have a cuppa.

Well let's see; had a guy one time ask me to meet him at Target; nope that was not a good idea lol. I would suggest a drink somewhere, or perhaps even dinner. One thing to remember gentleman; never ask a woman to a movie if you have never met her. It is important that you have time to talk to someone to get to know them and frankly, people get upset if you talk in movies ;)
