In my spare time I like to paint, sketch and write. I enjoy movies and TV more than a person probably should. I like to read though for school I've been forced to read textbooks and I'm just getting back into reading for fun. I began writing a book in the summer and I'm still working on it when inspiration hits and I write some short stories too. I appreciate a sense of humour and kindness above all the rest though I'm looking for someone with similar interests, ambition and a sense of adventure. When it comes to music, I like a good mix. Basically if it has a tune I can follow, a lyric I like, or a chorus I can sing to, I'll be ok. Jazz is the worst. I think the best first date would include an activity that allows us to get to know each other and interact naturally. It could be as simple as going for a walk with coffees or going to a hockey game or live band.

On my free time I usually hangout with friends downtown or go out to dinner. Then I usually get crafty if I have a lot of free time and do some sewing project which I usually make a quilt for some fundraisers for work. As of right now I'm taking a break from college I'm just trying to figure out what I really want to do. I work full time at a retail and I actually don't mind it at all.
