At first, I wasn't a fan, but now that I have been at it for almost a full year, achieved some of my goals, and feel so much better than I did. I have really surprised myself and learned that I actually love going because of how I feel afterwards, and obviously the physical benefits. I have a ways to go but I can't wait to get there and reach the rest of my goals. wooo hoooo! It would have to be something quiet - a get to know you kinda thing.
