I love movies, watching them, talking about them debating what's right and wrong about them. I will watch just about any genre of movie, there are only a few movies I can say I actually hate and would never watch again, as I can find something I like in any show. I enjoy TV, reading and I'd make a great partner in any games requiring useless pop culture trivia. I'm a bit of a geek.Other then movies I love to spend time with my friends and hang out, play board games. In the summer I love to walk, hike and camp.I'm not into the party scene, gave up going to the bars years ago. Occassionally I may go to a pub but prefer to do the house party thing (small gathering, games night, that sort of thing)or hang out on a patio.I'm not a big sports fan, I don't get all excited when hockey season starts or bummed when it ends. Whether the Canucks wins or lose has no baring in my day to day life. But I have many friends male and female who are greatly disappointed in my lack of enthusiasm regarding the sport....:)I'm not super athletic or sporty but I can be convince to do a few select sports I find interesting....ex.golf, snowshoeing.I like all music except rap...and yes, I even really enjoy country.I love to travel and do it quite often so doesn't leave me a lot of time to date.I love living in Vancouver and even enjoy rainy days, there the best from sitting on a couch in your pj's watching movies.a walk or grab a coffee (I don't actually drink coffee but you get the idea)nothing to crazy or exciting, it is a first date and this is the internet. Don't want to commit to much in case there's no spark.

Soo... I guess here's a few things about myself :)I currently am an assistant dispatcher and a former reservist (civil affairs). I am a bit of a health dork. I love spending time outside going for walks or just enjoying the sunshine. My favorite way to spend a morning is wandering around the farmer's market! I love fresh fruits and veggies :) (Pike Place Market in Seattle still ranks as my favorite place in the world...)I have a three year old son. He's my sunshine on a rainy day. I've slipped a bit in the past few years, but I still make a killer maple brown sugar banana bread... I love a good adventure whether it be at home or anywhere in the world. I've traveled all over the country in every way, shape and form. I've also been to Canada, Italy and Greece and can't wait to see more! (Japan, India and Iceland are all on the list!)My goals are to find someone to settle down with that is able to keep up with me both physically and mentally. I'd like to get more physically fit and i'd rather not be a couch potato.
