As for hobbies, I mostly enjoy listening to music. I listen to different genres, but mostly rock n roll of all types (classic rock, hard rock, heavy metal, etc.) I also enjoy playing around on the computer and certain video games. I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but when I do, I mainly watch reruns of old shows, or VH1 Classic. I have great interest in gaining and maintaining a level of physical fitness I'd never had before. For this reason, it is my goal to quit smoking within the next six months. It has been said that I wear my heart on my sleeve. I don't know about all that, but if that means I care for people, then on my sleeve it will stay. I know it sounds kind of cliche, or maybe just plain corny, but my idea of the perfect first date is dinner and a movie. As for the movie, it can provide for some entertainment as well as gaining greater knowledge of each other's interests.

Unfortunetly sometimes learning lessons the hard way is the best way. Of course not looking to rush anything but would love to just meet and talk with someone perhaps over a coffee or a drink and dinner one evening and take it from there. And I completely understand the single parent with kids thing. I'm not interested in introducing anyone to my kids unless it's something serious. To be honest, I'm back and forth with this whole online thing. It's better than the bar scene that's for sure. It's definetly interesting to see all the different people on here.
