First off I'm not fond of the choices for descriptive words. In my opinion it should start somewhere where you can have a couple drinks of your choice and talk. If things are going well and you want to continue then just decide from there what to do next, but always have a couple ideas in mind of great places to go for a quiet walk, a quiet dinner, park down by a lake or river, something along those lines. I don't think movies or loud bars/clubs/restaurants are ideal for a first date as they don't give you the opportunity to get to know each other as well.

Let me start off saying, if you are into girls that are petite, you can move along as I am not one of them. I am a thick chick, with curves to match. While I do use slang myself, on occasion, you will not impress me using it the first time we speak.
